  • Inspect your textbooks upon arrival.

    Since there is a good chance someone else has rented the same book before you, we suggest inspecting your rental textbook for damage. If you notice anything out of the ordinary, let us know and we’ll send you a replacement for free.

  • Use your textbook rental.

    We allow some highlighting (up to 1/3 of the book) and writing in the book. However, we do charge for excessive damages that result in a book no longer being available to rent.

  • Return your textbook rental.

    You can return the book in any ordinary box, such as a shoebox. We will provide return shipping labels.

The ISBN is a 10 or 13 digit number found on the back cover next to the barcode. Sometimes it can also be found near the copyright page by the publisher’s information.
Usually. However, there are some cases where a used textbook may be bought and resold for less than the cost of a rental textbook. Some students prefer to refer to certain textbooks throughout the course of their education and will therefore not want to return a textbook rental. Rentals are NOT for people who tend to take copious amounts of notes or highlighting.
